Say hello to a world of easy access with our rear door strut extension. Being slightly longer than the factory strut, this little masterpiece allows for full access to the rear, opening up to 90 degrees. You’ll be chuffed as not having to struggle to reach items in the back!
Arriving perfectly gassed and oiled, you will have expertly controlled opening and closing actions. Drawers will be able to slide out easier with zero restrictions to accessing the rear. Happy days.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Recommended for Jimny’s sporting extra weight from upgrades such was larger wheel and tyres and/or a Drop Down Tailgate Table etc.
- Not recommended for those who have removed the factory spare tyre altogether due the strength of the Strut being 250Nm
- Please ensure you have cycled the strut approximately 20 times and left overnight for the optimal opening action to be achieved
