Our Precision Fuel Filler Doors for Wrangler JK’s are machined from solid billet 6061 T-6 aircraft aluminum. The no-drill installation takes only minutes using 3M VHB tape and three stainless steel self-tapping screws through the soft plastic filler Housing and NOT the body. The low profile hinged door features corrosion-resistant hardware to provide years of smooth, trouble-free operation. Features a light textured Black Powder Coat finish to resist scratches, chips, dings and weathering. The 6 chromed socket cap screws add authentic styling with a sophisticated look. Kits are available with locking and non-locking doors.
