These are the first of their kind on the Audi R8 Platform.

A true USA MADE 100% Carbon Fiber hood using only the most bespoke industry materials.  Our hoods are 40% stronger than a comparable Carbon Fiber (Poly Resin) hood and uses Aerospace Grade materials inside and out. 

The inner skeleton is a beautiful XL Twill “seamless” build structure that is 4 layers of 19.8oz 12k Carbon Fiber core. – Strength beyond most any carbon available.  With a full 3 Stage Ionized Urethane Clear Coat process we have a show quality finish that our dozens of awards show truth in process.  No “UV Lacquer” here like our competitors use since we pride our craft with a glistening finish.  

The outer hood is a AAA Graded Carbon Fiber in a dozen options. From Classic 2X2 Twill to Forged Carbon and many more, we can make just about anything a reality.  Gold Leaf? No problem.  Anodized Carbon sides (as shown)? Not an issue.  We can reduce body weight, have flawless OEM Fitment and build a Bespoke 1 of 1 hood without issue. 

OEM fitment and all OEM functions remain fully usable.

• OEM Aluminum hood weight is 32.5lbs. 
• NRD 2×2 Twill hood weight is 20.6lbs (weight can vary by fiber style)
• Full Show Quality Urethane Finish with a proprietary Ionizing process to give the greatest bond of clear coat to the hood

• PLEASE ALLOW 6 WEEKS TO PRODUCE THIS COMPLEX BESPOKE ITEM, WE MAY SHIP EARLIER THAN 6 WEEKS. WE DO NOT RUSH TO PUT OUT A PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT MEET OUR REPUTATION FOR CLASS LEADING PRODUCTS. PLEASE NOTE BASED ON ORDER VOLUME WE CAN EXTEND THE COMPLETION DATE. 
• YOU WILL NEED TO SWAP OVER THE HOOD STRUTS AND THE LATCHES FROM YOUR OEM HOOD.  WE DO NOT INCLUDE THOSE PARTS
• FULLY REVERSIBLE.
• PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION IS RECOMMENDED BUT NOT REQUIRED AS IT IS VERY DOABLE AT HOME.
• ALL TWILL PARTS WILL BE IN A “SPLIT V” FORMATION.
