PSC has developed the BIG BORE XD2 Steering Kits to be the ultimate steering upgrade package for Jeep JK/JKUs equipped with locking differentials, aftermarket axles, and up to 44″ tire sizes.
All kits include our top of the line components including the BIG BORE XD2 Steering Gearbox, High-Performance Power Steering Pump Kit with Remote Reservoir, High Pressure Hose Conversion, Steering Assist Cylinder with Hardware, Fluid Cooler, and SWEPCO 715 Power Steering Fluid.
For the daily driver or a project that is not quite ready for a steering assist cylinder installation, we offer the Overlander Series kits with or without Cylinder Assist capability.
Every PSC BIG BORE XD2 Steering Kit is complete with everything needed for a successful installation.
TECH NOTES:
To achieve the best on-the-road driveability, recommended front axle caster setting is 7 degrees POSITIVE.
There are no drop Pitman arms on the market that fit the Big Bore XD2 Steering Gearbox.
A high steer or drag link flip kit may need to be installed on vehicles with more than four (4) inches of lift.
PSC recommends using SWEPCO 715 Power Steering Fluid in all Cylinder Assist Kits.
