The Servocity Servo-Driven Gear Rack Kit (Dual Gear Rack) is engineered to facilitate linear motion through the use of a servo. This kit is notable for its remarkable thrust capability, which is particularly impressive given its compact design. It is an ideal solution for projects requiring efficient back-and-forth motion. The kit is powered by a 5-Turn Dual Mode Torque Servo, which provides a nominal thrust of 57 pounds and a speed of 2.3 inches per second.
The dual gear racks are securely attached to Square Beams, offering a wide array of attachment possibilities through threaded holes that follow the goBILDA® 16mm linear pattern. The included U-Channel structure further enhances the versatility of mounting options. Users can take advantage of the build-system-wide attachment possibilities provided by the goBILDA® 16mm square pattern thru holes and 14mm center holes in the U-Channel. Additionally, the channels included in the kit can be swapped with other same-Series channel lengths to suit specific project requirements.
